Apple iPhone 12

The iPhone 12 costs more than its predecessors but has a crisp new HDR OLED screen. Apple has returned to a flat aluminum frame but the iPhone 12 promises to be more durable thanks to its Ceramic Shield material on the front and IP68 rating.

Manufactured by the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, the A14 Bionic chip is a powerful successor to the A13 chip and is based on a 5nm process fabrication process. The device also comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory, with no option to add any expandable memory. The phone runs on iOS 14 which is a significant improvement over the iOS 13. 

Triple Camera, iOS 14

Apple makes significant improvements to the camera of the iPhone year on year, and it is no different with the iPhone 12 as the triple 12MP camera system on the rear works beautifully to deliver some stunning photographs. The night mode that Apple introduced on the 11 series is also present, which means you can take some great low-light images. Apple has also equipped the iPhone 12 with a 12MP selfie camera, which is nestled into the thin top bezel and does a great job of taking vanity shots, considering how small it is.

Battery:

The iPhone 12 gets an upgraded battery with a capacity of 3500mAh. The cell offers support for 18W charging via the new USB Type C port and you can expect a full day’s worth of usage from the iPhone 12 on a single charge.
